Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how your subscription works, how billing and renewals occur, and how you can cancel. This policy applies only to subscription products and services. For information about refunds and one-time purchases, please see our Refund Policy.

AS PER OUR REFUND POLICY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the terms described below, as well as our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Overview

We currently offer different subscription products and subscription purchase paths.

The VIP 10X BONUS Monthly Digital Membership may be offered at checkout only after a customer adds certain eligible products to their order, as determined solely by us. (This subscription cannot be chosen by a customer.) This subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel as set forth herein during the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and automatically renew every 4 weeks at the subscription price shown at checkout, currently $29.99 per billing cycle, until you cancel.

We also offer VIP Monthly Digital Membership tiers through our membership subscription landing page, located at overclockedrigs.com/pages/membership-subscription. (These membership-page subscription tiers may be selected by the customer him/herself.) These membership-page subscriptions do not include a free trial and automatically renew every 4 weeks at the subscription price shown at checkout for the tier you selected until you cancel.

Current membership-page subscription tiers include:

Starter VIP 5X BONUS Monthly Digital Membership, currently $14.99 per billing cycle. This tier consists of a 5X entry multiplier, 20,000 automatic bonus entries per billing cycle, $25 in-store credit each billing cycle, and 10 digital phone wallpapers.

Gold VIP 10X BONUS Monthly Digital Membership, currently $29.99 per billing cycle. This tier consists of a 10X entry multiplier, 40,000 automatic bonus entries per billing cycle, $40 in-store credit each billing cycle, 100 digital phone wallpapers, free shipping on merch orders and 20% discount on merch products.

Diamond VIP 25X BONUS Monthly Digital Membership, currently $49.99 per billing cycle. This tier consists of a 25X entry multiplier, 100,000 automatic bonus entries per billing cycle, $60 in-store credit each billing cycle, 250 digital phone wallpapers, free shipping on merch orders, exclusive member-only discount codes, and early access to select merch drops, promos, or VIP-only offers.

Benefits of membership-page subscription tiers are subject to additional restrictions and/or requirements. By way of example, credits and discount codes may be redeemed only on certain designated goods/services and/or at certain designated times as designated on the credit/discount code. Entry multiplier and bonus entries are valid only for the Sweepstakes in effect at the time of award of same as per the Official Rules governing such Sweepstakes. Benefits are valid only for the subscriber him/herself and are not transferable. We reserve the right to modify the benefits available for one or more membership-page subscription tiers with provision of notice beforehand.

Your free trial period (if any), billing cadence, subscription price, and subscription benefits are based on the subscription product and purchase path shown to you at checkout when you complete your subscription sign-up.

2. Free Trial & First Charge

If your subscription includes a free trial, your trial lasts for 7 calendar days starting from the date and time you complete your subscription sign-up.

For subscriptions that include a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the 7-day trial period regardless of usage of benefits.

If you do not cancel as set forth herein before the end of the 7-day trial period, we will automatically charge the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method on file and begin your paid subscription. YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE IMPOSITION OF SUCH CHARGE.

To avoid being charged the first subscription fee for a subscription that includes a free trial, you must cancel before the end of your 7-day trial period using one of the valid cancellation methods listed below.

3. Ongoing Billing & Auto-Renewal

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, AFTER YOUR 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD ENDS, OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIGN-UP IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE A FREE TRIAL, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE FOR THE CORRESPONDING SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT AND THE BILLING CADENCE OF EVERY 4 WEEKS UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR WE CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP-PAGE SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH OUR MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION LANDING PAGE (INCLUDING VIP 5X BONUS, GOLD VIP 10X BONUS, AND DIAMOND VIP 25X BONUS MONTHLY DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP TIERS), YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT ON THE DAY WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SIGN-UP, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW EVERY 4 WEEKS WITHOUT FURTHER NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR WE CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You therefore understand and agree that your membership-page subscription will be extended for another 4-week period with your payment method being charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes without further notification of any kind unless you cancel your subscription or we cancel your subscription. You further acknowledge that your continued use of the subscription constitutes your agreement to pay the subscription price plus any applicable taxes.

FOR THE VIP 10X BONUS MONTHLY DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP (WHICH INCLUDES FREE TRIAL) YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE SHOWN ON THE DAY WHEN YOUR 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD ENDS, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW EVERY 4 WEEKS WITHOUT FURTHER NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR WE CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You therefore understand and agree that your subscription will be extended for another 4-week period after the initial 7-day trial with your payment method being charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes without further notification of any kind until you cancel your subscription or we cancel your subscription.
